Airport Security Guard: Etermax's new VR game reaches the Top 50

A simple and fun experience that has already attracted thousands of players and is driving the brand’s growth in the XR industry.
In line with our commitment to innovation and interactive entertainment, Etermax continues to expand its presence in the extended reality (XR) ecosystem, establishing itself as a global reference in this emerging field. With accessible, high-impact immersive experiences, the company is betting on simplicity and fun as the path to mass engagement.
One of our latest milestones, Airport Security Guard, reached the Top 50 Popular Games on the Meta Quest store in just a few weeks. With over 150,000 downloads, 9,000 player reviews, and an average rating of 4.9 stars, the game combines action, humor, and casual dynamics in a VR setting that has resonated with a broad, global audience.
This release is part of a sustained strategy to grow in the XR space. Since launching XR Studios the company has released three XR titles in less than a year, with a scalable pipeline in continuous development. The formula: agile production cycles, social-first gameplay, and a light, relatable tone that connects with new generations of players.
We design experiences anyone can instantly enjoy. We believe the future of XR lies in accessible fun—it’s about connection, not complexity.
Alongside Airport Security Guard, Etermax has launched Room Invaders—a fast-paced mixed-reality shooter released earlier this year—and Trivia Crack World, an immersive evolution of the classic game, released in 2024. Coming soon is Animal Guys, a chaotic multiplayer VR race, while a fourth title is already in development following the same winning approach.
For us, these efforts are part of a long-term vision. We’ve always believed in designing for technologies that might one day disrupt our own business. We’re convinced extended realities will become the new default. As we’ve done before, we want to be ready to lead that shift—by building experiences that make more sense with a headset than a touchscreen.
The results are already visible: Etermax’s XR games have been featured on Meta Quest stores, sparked organic buzz across social platforms, and cultivated a growing international player base engaging with immersive content developed in Latin America like never before.
